Digital Products — No Refunds
All products sold by Sophie Walker are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.
This applies to all of our products including:
- The 40+ Hormone Reset Guide
- The Sophie Walker 4-Week Method
- Any future digital guides, programs or downloads
Not Happy?
We want you to love what you purchased. If you have an issue with your order — wrong file, download not working, or anything else — send us a private email and we will do our best to find a solution together.
Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 48 hours.
Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. All purchases are logged with order details, IP address and timestamp. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be disputed.
